WESTMINSTER HOUSE

Westminster House offers addiction treatment to women and young females through various recovery programs that provide therapy through outpatient and inpatient programs. Their primary care for women needing addiction treatment is through a rehabilitation program. This program uses several recovery counselling services to help the client become sober. They offer individual and group counselling that uses cognitive behavioural therapy and the 12-step principle of support. They also provide various holistic therapy sessions such as meditation, yoga, acupuncture, life skills, and social recreation sessions.
