Online Family Program

When a loved one struggles with substance use, the entire family feels the impact. Our Online Family Program is designed to support, educate, and empower family members who are navigating the challenges of a loved one’s addiction. Whether your loved one is in active use, early recovery, or treatment, this program offers a compassionate and practical path forward —for you.

Through weekly virtual group sessions, family members gain valuable insight into addiction, codependency, communication, and healthy boundaries.
Guided by experienced counsellors and recovery coaches, participants learn tools to support their loved ones while also caring for their emotional and mental well-being.

This program creates a safe, supportive community where families can share their experiences, reduce isolation, and begin healing together. You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you’re a parent, partner, sibling, or friend, we’re here to help you make sense of the chaos and reclaim your peace of mind.

Healing begins with understanding —and support makes all the difference.

When addiction occurs, it affects the whole family and loved ones. Typically one person that struggles with substance abuse will make 20 people around them just as sick as they are. Both physically and mentally. Don’t let someone else’s addiction bring you down. If you need help and support because of your loved one substance use, this program is for you.

Our Familly Program is designed to help heal those relationships that might be suffering from addiction. Our focus is on giving the family’s the tools to help identify co-dependent behaviours, manage boundaries, provide mental health education and resources, understand the factors around addiction such as the impact of substance abuse on the family, relapse prevention and much more.

Some of the biggest lessons about addiction and recovery come from understanding that you, the family, can not manage your loved one’s substance abuse and behaviours. But you can take responsibility for your health and happiness.

The 3 C’s of addiction apply not only to the addict but to the spouse, parent, child, sibling or other family members. The 3 C’s of addiction are:

  • You did not Cause it.
  • You can not Control it.
  • You can not Cure it.

If you answer YES to any of the questions below, our family program is for you.

  • Do I or others question if my loved one’s substance use and behaviours are causing me problems?
  • Have I had consequences in my life related to my loved one’s substance use or behavioural addiction, but they continue the same behaviour?
  • Has my loved one’s substance use or behavioural addiction increased regardless of their efforts to moderate or to stop completely?

There are many benefits and advantages to the family addiction sessions, including:

  • Lessens chance of relapse.
  • Helps to find the root causes
  • Allows loved ones a chance to talk
  • Education and much more
