THEY WON’T GET HELP?

It’s difficult for people who have never suffered from substance abuse to understand addiction fully. The hold drugs or alcohol can have on someone usually has more influence than anything else.

They could be ruining their life and maybe even wasting yours. It makes you wonder if they care about themselves or care about you. They just won’t stop – some of them won’t even admit they have a problem!

But that is precisely what makes addiction so hard to fight. Someone struggling with drugs or alcohol abuse often feels that addiction can’t be stopped, no matter how much it’s hurting them or the people they love.

SOMEONE ON DRUGS AND ALCOHOL DOES WANT HELP

The fact that your loved ones can’t stop doesn’t mean that they don’t care about themselves or you. And when they tell you, over and over again, that they want to stop and that they will stop, they mean it. But, really, they just can’t do it on their own.

They may even have tried. But the physical pain and emotional and mental discomfort they experience is so intense that they literally feel like they might die.

People suffering from addiction usually have other problems in life – which is why they’re drinking or taking drugs in the first place. If they don’t see a way out of those problems, they will keep numbing themselves until they don’t feel these underlying issues.

A well-coached and performed family intervention can help your loved ones through that crucial step of getting started on the right road by agreeing to be admitted into an alcohol or drug rehab center.

DON’T WAIT FOR ROCK BOTTOM

The longer you wait to take action, the more difficult it will be to help your family member, and the situation will just get from bad to worse.

Don’t wait until they hit rock bottom cause you never know what rock bottom will be. Addiction leads to three places only, Jail, Morgue or Psych Ward. Please take action before it’s too late.

Call us before you give up; we will listen to your situation, let you know if drug or alcohol intervention is necessary, and if it is, we’ll get it done.

It’s never too late to save your loved one’s life, and you might get your life back too.
